Jason and Tilly at Fawsley Hall

Wow what a day. I pootled over in the morning of the wedding to find everyone super chilled and little Louie shuffling about on his little bottom while all the girls got ready. Tilly excitedly showed me her dress, which was absolutely stunning!! And then my jaw hit the floor when I saw her mum's dress! Equally as beautiful. The colour of the bridesmaids dresses was spot on, and when I found out they had pockets, yes I did a little hop up and down in excitement!! Two horses and carriage arrived to take Tilly to the church, and it was a wonderful ceremony. The vicar was amazing, and Tilly's mum did an incredible reading. With time being of essence, we didn't pause for long outside the church before heading to the magnificent Fawlsey Hall for some party time!

And I wasn't disappointed! Jason and Tilly's guests know how to have a good time! The speeches were hilarious, the drink flowed, the decor was just beautiful. And the singing waitors... well. What can I say?  I actually couldn't on the day. I had been in on the secret so was prepared for the action, and Gavin was amazing. I was not, however, prepared for the next singer, when she opened her mouth and sang in an angels voice, a song most precious to Tilly which reminded her of her granddad who hadn't been able to make the day as he was so poorly in hospital. The music, the emotion, it was overwhelming, and as Tilly was held in her mum's arms, I couldn't help but weep. I was so moved by it all it took everything inside me to pull myself together. Phoo what a moment.

The singing and dancing continued, everyone got out of their seats to join in, it was hilarious. I was a mix of emotions from the heart aching song before to the up beat, hands in the air, dance til you drop music that followed.

The evening continued to be a ball, Tilly and Jason wowed everyone with their first dance- a bit of romantic slow dancing all of a sudden turned into the Salsa! Followed by 'Jump on it" as performed by Will Smith and Carlton, and back to a slow number. Tilly and Jason played Mr and Mrs, and we ended the night under the twinkly canope that the lovely staff put up for us on request.

What. A. Day. Loved every single moment. Thank you both for showing me such an awesome time, you two are awesome xx
