Cheryl and Lee

Wow what an incredible spot for a wedding. I remember doing a wedding at The House, Old Warden several years ago and couldn't remember how grand it really was. Cheryl was upstairs getting ready with the girls, and it was all a bustle of excitement! The house is absolutely incredible, and Adam who was in charge on the day, showed me the secret grand stairway which is part of the main house and I was giddy with excitement! We had been using the old servers stairway which wasn't the most glamorous, but this was something else!

The day was absolutely baking, and we went outside to find the incredible White Rose old vintage bus waiting to transport us to Shuttleworth Gardens. It was quite an emotional day as Cheryl wasn't expecting her mother to be there, and the utter joy on her face when she found out her mum would make the ceremony was enough to light up the stars in the sky.

The ceremony was beautiful and so full of love, and Cheryl and Lee were greeted with bubbles as they made their way down the path for some drinks. We had about an hour at the gardens, and I could have easily spent longer, it is just so beautiful. We chased the peacock for some photos, and tried to soak up every inch of the beautiful gardens in the time we had.

We had another surprise waiting for us on our return back to the house, with a double decker vintage bus waiting to escort the guests back. Games, speeches, and drinks awaited everyone, and as evening guests arrived the most amazing BBQ followed by some dancing.

It truly was a wow day, with the most humbling sunset as the perfect ending. I have so many favourites that choosing was just nearly impossible. I can't express how happy I am to be able to share some of these photos from Cheryl and Lee's most intimate wedding day. I wish them so much happiness and joy for the future xx
