It's been such a busy 2014! And it ended on such a high on the 30th with Samantha and Gary's wedding at Parklands, Quendon. My amazing hubby chauffeured me as I am a bit rubbish at long distance driving in wintery conditions, and as we started up the mile drive we saw a beautiful herd of deer just casually grazing away in the morning sunshine!
When I arrived, Sam was getting ready with her daughter Daisy, mum and sister and super sweet little niece Lacie. Sam looked so elegant in her floor length beaded lace gown and the midnight blue dresses really made everything feel so Christmassy. The boys were running a little late (!) but totally forgivable with their happy beaming smiles and oodles of excitement. I had just enough time to grab a few pics of their gorgeous boys George, Henry, and Barnaby before it was time for the ceremony. They did make me laugh!
It was such a perfect winter wedding, brisk but with blue skies! Sam and Gary were brilliant having their photos taken outside, and later on in the evening when it was sub-zero temperatures out! I couldn't have done it without David's help setting up all my gear on that chilly night!! The evening carried on with an amazing band, Cupid's Wish who were just the loveliest people ever and sounded FAB! I had a great time photographing this special wedding and came away with that warm happy feeling inside. Wishing Sam and Gary and their 4 beautiful children so much happiness because they deserve it! xx
